About:
School Yard Ninja is a 2D fighting game with touch controls. You can play as 3 different characters each with their unique attacks and advantages. The game features simplified controls to allow for intuitive touch interactions and can be played solo or competitively locally on a single device.
The theme of the game is to teach kids about the balance between rough and tumble play while not becoming too rough. This is reflected in play through a violence meter that builds up as the player attacks and drains while defending. If this meter is maxed out, the opponent will start crying and the player will lose.

The Schoolyard Ninja is a unique cross-media IP, which have been conceptualized in coorperation with experts from movies, games and interactive storytelling. The concept was initially developed by Jacob Oliver Krarup (FourHandFilms) and Lasse Telling, mentored by Asta Wellejus (Die Asta Experience), Jason da Ponte and others.
